The other influential leader at InnovaCare is Penelope Kokkinides. She is InnovaCare Health’s chief administrative officer. Previously, Penelope had served the company as the chief operating officer. She rejoined the company in 2015. Penelope has rendered her services in the healthcare industry for over two decades. She has largely zeroed in on Medicare and Medicaid as well as the managed care industry. Penelope is highly experienced in managing healthcare processes, creating clinical programs, and operations. She focuses on enhancing efficiencies and organizational structure. Formerly, Penelope was Centerlight HealthCare’s executive vice president and COO. She also worked as the COO for Touchstone Health. Penelope has a biological sciences degree from Binghamton University. She also holds a master’s degree in social work from New York University.
